It makes you wonder how illegal it is if it is all over the internet on websites and in communities without the feds taking it down. Do they wait for someone to get rich off of it before making their moves? Then they get to collect a lot of loot for someone else's work. If it was so illegal, wouldn't it be illegal to collect taxes on it? I am not thinking he had such a great lawyer, but I am glad he can deal with the outcome.
