  1. The man was doing the right thing, sleeping off being drunk, offering to leave his car and walk home, and the cop tried to falsely arrest him. The cop was provoking a drunk man who was initially willing to cooperate. There was no threat to the officer when the man was shot. His only offense was sleeping. These cops were looking for a fight and a reason to kill. They enjoyed hurting this man not in doing their job well.
