  1. I think Penny overreacted. The victim was still alive when taken off the train though, so maybe the hospital or EMTs did him in. Just because the man was yelling and complaining and slamming a jacket on the floor doesn't give anyone the right to put him in a chokehold. A lot of these veterans have PTSD and rage and think nothing of killing the opponent. I think what he did was a cowardly show off move acting like the hero against a helpless homeless man begging for help.
