  1. Isn't the FBI supposed to track down these people? This is grand larceny. Are they Nigerian internet scammers? They have them in India also. You know it is fake by the bad English they use and the fake looking emails and logos. There is nothing professional about these people. Even products you buy, sometimes they get you on these emails that are all scams. You think you are researching one thing like survival gear, and they keep spamming you about erectile dysfunction with explicit emails. I think the bank should have a system where if someone is elderly, they can have a contact notified if they try to withdraw a certain amount of their money. That way there is a double check on the transaction. The bank literally did nothing but said they did everything they could. Sometimes when they don't let people take money out and question what they want it for, people complain also.
