  1. I get a severe headache from just a little MSG. It is bad. It is an excitotoxin. It over stimulates the taste/pleasure receptors in the brain. After a while you burn them out, and food won't even taste good without it. That is why the Chinese sometimes get mad at you if you tell them to leave it out. They are essentially drug addicts hooked on it.
