  1. She was an old woman trying to pick up a package. He is crazy and dangerous. He was stalking her to her car shooting her. What does his being threatened on the phone have to do with someone else picking up a package that he wanted picked up? What does the scammer's account have to do with Uber? I thought nothing. This isn't about elder abuse. That is a separate problem. His problem is that he has a gun and gunned down an innocent woman for no reason at all.
