@lenmorris9674 I have sympathy for the people who could have died, been maimed for life, been terrorized, or could have lost their pets due to a dog attack. That isn't just an oops sorry situation.

@beastalerted8390 You need a chain or leash strong enough to control whatever beast you bring around the public. It is her fault for not being able to control it.

@lijampotil3570 It is the dog or maybe an elderly person or an infant in a stroller, maybe a toddler running around. You can't have loose out of control vicious dogs on the street. People have died from pit bull attacks.

Don't even walk your dog near them. I don't know where you can go, or even where people just wanting to walk up their own streets can go now. This is a public menace. Maybe call the police every time a dog is loose and give them the owner's name and address.
