Louisville sounds so backwards. I love black people's hair. I love how it looks like a Brillo pad but is soft. Why can't they just have their hair however they want? Corn rows are neat, natural is something they can't control, no matter what they do they are wrong unless they what, chemically alter their hair? I am glad this mother took action on social media and in person. If it weren't for the national attention, this backwards school probably would have kept it up. They are still saying, reasonable length. So what, a girl can't have super long hair or a boy an afro? Then they show some freaky hairstylist at the end with hair so large it would block the view of the blackboard. You don't have to be that extreme to make your point. I doubt any kids were going for that look. They should just respect that some people have different hair and leave it at that. Just because their hair looks wild to you doesn't mean they are unkempt.
