  1. I have never heard of a mental patient not drinking enough water. That sink in her cell looked corroded and not working. Maybe the water tasted like rust. Did anyone check it? Jails make you clean the cell like once a week. Why did hers look like that? There has to be more to this story. Sometimes the medications cause dry mouth and maybe a form of dehydration. They should have been monitored if they were on medications. On the other hand, what if an agency was after them and beaming some kind of program into their minds not to drink water as an experiment? If one person did this, it would be bizarre, but three in the same place, all diagnosed mentally ill, and then the guards acting so nonchalant about being responsible makes me think there is some kind of conspiracy to do this to them. Some lady talking nonsense gibberish is not making terroristic threats. She has no reasonable way to carry them out, and she was also only giving her opinion, which is protected free speech. The last guy didn't even look crazy. They could have taken his clothes and made him angry before he was written up by someone observing him. This sounds like some kind of experiment was being done to them, some kind of psychological warfare.
