If the dog wanted the other dog in the car, why didn't the occupant drive away? If the neighbor girl had it licking her and taking her treats, why didn't she leash it and control it for them? Why didn't the police shoot it when they will shoot someone for walking at them with scissors? Why are they blaming the owner who was trying to stop the dog from hurting more people by calling them? What was the PVT thing the woman refused? They wanted her to go to a mental ward? These cops were very, very incompetent. The neighbors seemed to be ganging up on her. Why didn't the police check with her whether what the neighbors said was true that she was beating it and slamming it in the head with the door of the bar wile it waited outside for her? That sounds like a lot of made-up stories to me. Then the other guy said he saw exactly how many drugs she gave it and what kind of food and tried to put a leash on it, but it didn't go well. What does that mean? Apparently, that isn't really her dog. She is in a house with it and doesn't have the keys to the house and had to jump out a window after it. Someone explain how that works. Was she locked in a room? That neighborhood is complete chaos and the police made it 100x worse.
