I think this is making a lot over nothing. He has a few scratches and they want to arrest the girl. They set up a scary scenario where she goes to jail, and he has to go sign a paper to get her out on Monday. Nothing happened. The guy was laughing, the girl was crying, and I guess the police there are so without action they can spend an hour on this? The cops are maybe good actors. They seem nice and friendly and patient. What they do is another story. I don't know why they left this crying nervous girl alone in an unknown deserted place while taking her boyfriend to safety in a hotel. I don't know why they took offense at what she did right away all the while saying they didn't want to. Police have discretion, they could ignore things if they want to. I think they sent her to the campground alone, one of them or someone they tipped off out there went looking for her, and now that she disappeared, the boyfriend is so scared that he is staying home and saying nothing. I don't trust the police. I don't care if you are white or black, rich or poor, they can still go off. She is prime to be kidnapped for sex trafficking. I am wondering why maybe she didn't call her parents after this traumatic event either. They seemed like a close family. Did Brian still have her phone after their fighting and him taking things from her?
