Someone called in an incident, sounds like domestic violence. Then the police are like there isn't enough evidence and then don't even give the details of the arrest. That can be looked up though and requested by the public. The only red flag I see is that he seems to be just going along with her and has no personality or direction of his own. Maybe he is just a parasite trying to take her positive energy and ruin her life, and then she had nothing else to give him. They are using her van, so maybe her money also? The details of this relationship are very sketchy.
