  1. He should have just stayed in the car. What was he going to do, yell at people who are wild? Water balloons hurt if you get hit with them. He wanted to prove something, but it just escalated because they were trying to act wild too.

  2. A shelter isn't really a solution though. If you tell the lady, it is the shelter or jail, not shelter or the beach, maybe she will go to the shelter. People don't feel safe in the shelters. The real solution is a permanent room somewhere. Like one lady said, the put her in a hotel a few days and then back out, so it doesn't help. These people need their owns places. Not tiny house prison barracks either. They need legitimate permanent residences. Until that is available, this problem won't go away. I feel like Newsome is out of touch or else he has a hidden agenda. Maybe they really want to sweep these people off the face of the earth. There are rumors that people die in the shelters.

  4. There is no aid for homeless people despite all the money thrown to it. Ban these rent increases.
