  1. When people are waiting for gangs to start fighting each other to protect them from other gangs, you are going to have a situation like in Haiti where gangs are running the country. What we have in the USA now is every loser thug from around the world looking for their own version of success. Haiti is led by some guy named BBQ who cooks and eats his enemies. What will they have in Chicago? Bloods and Crips versus Tren de Aragua versus MS-13? It doesn't sound like it is going to be safe for the average person just trying to live and enjoy their community.
