  1. They will freeze to death because they don't know how to survive up here. American homeless know what to do, but some guy from Guinea is a fish out of water. They are used to tropics, not this cold weather. I can see fights breaking out. I don't think they should be charged with felonies. They are desperate people who were lured here under false pretenses. The police generally don't know how to handle anyone's personal problems and make matters worse. Mayor Adams is like the Adams family horror show of a mismanaging mayor. HE doesn't even manage his apartment buildings well. They are full of rats, and he doesn't register them with the housing agencies. How is he going to house a bunch of foreigners? All he ever was is a paper pushing bureaucratic cop, chief of police, fascist out for himself. He doesn't have a heart for the city or the people like Curtis Sliwa.
