  1. It isn't legal to do this. Let the landlord try to evict you. It is unreasonable seizure of property. These seniors are not financially lax. They saved and are being put in predicaments of poverty that they didn't contribute to. Don't let these corporations just whisk you away with nowhere to go. At least stand up for yourself in court and make a fool of them.

  2. Affordable housing is a human right. No person should be unhoused. If Russia could do it, why can't the USA? Or why won't they? So many people here decry as socialist any aid to the ordinary citizen who isn't some wealthy tycoon. How is that helping anyone but the rich to get more and more of what others need? If you live in a society, you do have an obligation to give back to it.
