  1. Who maintains roads and sidewalks in that complex, the HOA or the taxpayers? If it is taxpayers, it is basically a public street. If they are concerned about break ins, lots of people have ring cameras. You can't just go up to people and try to get them arrested for not living there. You can put up all the gates and signs you want, but if it looks like a public road, people will drive and walk through it. Maybe they should have better security at the gate.

  3. They bought the house out from under his parents and are making excuses for it. If they care about the parents, let them keep living in the home. She didn't buy the home to save the parents, she wanted the house. Maybe she got it below market value, and he needed it for more toys like his motorcycles and trucks that he paid off. This is plain evil. Charge them rent if you want to be greedy but throwing them out is akin to killing them.

  5. They were defrauded from their home by their son. There is a war against the elderly. Go to an elder abuse lawyer or an immigration lawyer or one that handles frauds. He lied about the contract to get the house in his name. They couldn't read or understand the papers since they don't read English. This is wrong and illegal. They could put charges on him for theft by deception. Why no lawyers had the ethics to at least refer them to someone else if they refused to help them is like they wanted to see them lose the house. They definitely have a case. This is also elder abuse.
