They were defrauded from their home by their son. There is a war against the elderly. Go to an elder abuse lawyer or an immigration lawyer or one that handles frauds. He lied about the contract to get the house in his name. They couldn't read or understand the papers since they don't read English. This is wrong and illegal. They could put charges on him for theft by deception. Why no lawyers had the ethics to at least refer them to someone else if they refused to help them is like they wanted to see them lose the house. They definitely have a case. This is also elder abuse.
