Aren't there city financial officers, comptrollers, freeholders, or someone in charge of making sure the money is going to what it is allocated for? Did it all go to the pocket of the woman in charge who has no information? Homeowners should not have to pay after donating their land for five years and housing a homeless shelter for the county. They should get that little guest house free. That lady really wanted to help people though. Maybe she would have charged cheap rent and let the homeless stay there as tenants. Everyone is being ripped off here but the people in charge of helping who can just say well it is another department now, and here are no questions asked.
