  1. These agents like to push the buttons of people who have had a few drinks or are agitated and then deny them boarding. They are like little soulless robots. The only one who made out okay was the guy with $2,000 tickets. At least he only was an hour late. I don't know why they couldn't have the flight attendants an hour late or even have them stand around with the other flight attendants.
