I am glad to see the agents were able to bend rules, do some work and accommodate these people. It would be nice if there was water available. Don' they have water fountains in there? It should be about customer service first, not treating everyone like some unruly child or deviant. The manager talking to Mr. Singh was very calm. I guess that is why he was the manager.
