People get jealous and spiteful, but acting out like that she must have thought she had some kind of power over the situation. That or she lost her ability to reason and control herself. It shows a lack of insight. Maybe she has some kind of brain injury. COVID might have caused brain damage to a lot of people. What does a tether mean though?

What you do is wait for them to leave the house, put all their things out or bring them to work, and then don't let them back in. Don't give them the key either. If they claim they live there, say, they aren't on the lease and not a member of the family, so it is their word against yours.

No, you wouldn't. No one deserves to die for trying to help someone. You have to be careful. You were a good one to help, but a lot really aren't. They are nothing but jealous of the people who try to help them.

The dogs got out of the enclosure and aren't socialized. You might as well have lions in an enclosure. Some animals should be illegal, and some people shouldn't be allowed to own them when they will not control them. I am scared to walk past a fence with a vicious dog barking at me. I am even scared they might break through the glass of a window. You can't have wild dangerous animals around where people are living and can be attacked without provocation. I hope the family gives the father a chance to wake up. He might be in shock from the injuries. I don't think they should cut his life support. They need to visit and show their support to him.

Those casinos are open 24 hours. They could have just sat with the family in there and explained that there was no heat and they were homeless if anyone asked. Maybe the parents have mental health problems. It is sad that this was all caused by lack of affordable housing even in a poor city.

If you invite the homeless in, they aren't going to want to leave. It always ends with hurt feelings and sometimes violence. He looked like a bad guy, and Louie looked like a good guy. One will take advantage of the other first chance they get. He got his foot in the door, then he wanted to take over the apartment and restaurant. Basically, he was there to steal Louie's life anyway. It was like letting a time bomb in. I am not saying all homeless, but a lot of the time when you try to help them, this is the result. It is always the least suspecting who are taken advantage of. They just want to help and think the person will be grateful and respectful, but it doesn't work out that way. They get demanding and domineering. The devil prowls the world like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour. That is why the Bible warns us to be watchful as serpents and gentle as doves. I don't think a dove will invite a serpent into its nest. If people are shady, let them be shady outside your home.

She can't find another place to go. She has a dying in the gutter hazard more than a fire hazard. Do they think her fat will ignite? How is she a fire hazard? Cause she isn't mobile? Will they throw all bedridden people out on the streets then? I think the building has to let her back in. I think they were embarrassed and annoyed that they wanted to drop her out the window with ropes like a piano or elephant, and then shoved her in an elevator that could have had the cable snap. Maybe they should have rolled her down the stairwell somehow. She must be terrified. She can't even fit on a bench or sidewalk to sleep. She would die in days. People are on waitlists for years for public housing. The hospital won't keep her that long. Again, the mother is being an enabler, not a caretaker. There is no way you get that big without wasting tons of food. She needs caloric restriction ASAP.
