  1. The dogs got out of the enclosure and aren't socialized. You might as well have lions in an enclosure. Some animals should be illegal, and some people shouldn't be allowed to own them when they will not control them. I am scared to walk past a fence with a vicious dog barking at me. I am even scared they might break through the glass of a window. You can't have wild dangerous animals around where people are living and can be attacked without provocation. I hope the family gives the father a chance to wake up. He might be in shock from the injuries. I don't think they should cut his life support. They need to visit and show their support to him.
