I believe everything this man said. I think most likely Luigi was framed and he definitely didn't write that manifesto. That CEO had other enemies from stock dealings where he was getting insider deals that other people in the company didn't. Then Luigi's family was in health care owning nursing homes, and maybe they weren't getting reimbursements they were owed. He might have started to speak up, and to shut him up, they killed two birds with one stone and took both of these people out.
