  2. Your body has to adapt to being able to digest beans. Maybe start out with canned beans and only eat a small portion at a time until you build up the bacteria to digest them. If you make dried beans, soak them overnight with a pinch of baking soda, then pour the water off after you bring them to a boil and add fresh water. This gets rid of the gas that gives you a stomachache. The earth's temperature natural fluctuates. If it is warming, it is not due to cows or people. Any CO2 only makes plants grow more, and then there is more oxygen. Plants regulate the temperature from being too hot or cold. I think the warmer temperatures are better because you need less fuel to stay warm. As far as what they are doing to thousands of cows, that is not only with no good excuse, but it is wasteful and cruel. How about processing that meat for people to eat? They are killing these poor animals for no reason.
