  2. It looks like they are both on exit ramps merging off a highway. Neither had a yield sign. You could clearly see the second car trying to merge in front. The man behind kept accelerating when there was no space for the second car to go any faster. That is what caused the collision. He then followed the second car into a lot like he wanted to make an incident report. That is when the second guy punched him and left. Maybe let people merge in front of you. When you hit someone from behind, you are usually considered at fault. He was cut off with no turn signal used when the second car could have stayed in his own lane, but he didn’t adjust even his acceleration to avoid the collision.
