  1. I'm glad that guy got a cute cabin on an alpaca farm. He is so grateful for the opportunity. That was nice of that family to contact him and let him rent it. We need more landlords with a heart and less trying to get rich by owning property. How could they throw out that mom and daughter with their bunnies? Is a little extra money worth it knowing that they will be homeless? It really makes you want to own your own home where no landlord can arbitrarily decide to remove you with no other options. It is a sick feeling to apply and view places and then for no good reason not be able to rent them. Plus, in the USA, there are application fees and background check fees also that can add up to hundreds of dollars just wasted. It didn't used to be so hard to get a place to live. You could have your pick of places that were affordable to most people.
