  1. He was responsible for her bottom line. He usually drove the van; she wasn't comfortable driving it a long way. He took it from her and left her. That is theft of an expensive piece of property which she also needed to survive. That was her home. No arrest, no talk. This is a game the police are playing along with the Laudrie family who interestingly won't air their dirty laundry. They don't look clean at all. I think the sister talked to him and is covering for him. They are all covering for their little creepy grown relative. If he is that immature and irresponsible, the family should have kept him home. Why sic him on the world where he can hurt people?

  2. I think possibly he killed her at the campsite fighting with her over who knows what, their uncontrollable squabbles. Maybe the lesbians heard fighting and gunshots and came to investigate, so he killed them too after raping them and leaving them on the trail half nude. He doesn't look like the type, but who knows, if we are coming up with plots.

  4. That is an interesting theory. It kind of makes more sense than fighting over dirty shoes in the van, but why would he care so much that lesbians are in a tent in the wilderness? I don't think she looked that scared like her boyfriend just murdered two people. I think she was trying to cover for him getting mad at her like a narcissistic abuse victim would. She seemed pretty calm but shaken up as if he was driving he crazy, like she said he was. At that point, she should have just called off the trip and gone home.

  5. People have the right to press charges and make a citizens arrest and file lawsuits also. Maybe everyone is giving Brian too much benefit of the doubt. They need to start filing legal documents against him.
