  1. It seems like a purposeful attempt at creating societal chaos. Instead of directing them back to their own countries, they are directed to their final destination in this country. They could just as easily stand at the border and not let them cross as usher them to a staging area.

  2. They will probably do landscaping, construction, kitchen work, manual labor, or join gangs. Some drive taxis. They soak up a lot of entry level jobs and low-cost housing not to mention free services from churches, soup kitchens, etc.
