So in 2018, the engineers were supposed to have reported to the condo board and the town inspection officer, but this engineer doesn't have the documents. Wouldn't the officials and the owner be liable, but then again, he said this type of thing just doesn't happen. Nothing in the report indicated that this could happen. It would take millions of dollars to fix various issues including $750,000 for the concrete repairs. That doesn't sound like that much considering how much this building is worth. I think it was for more like maybe some falling plaster or tripping issues, not that the whole tower would come off from the elevator shaft and just collapse into dust out of nowhere.

This is something that just doesn't happen he said. There are already laws on the books to have the inspections that DeSantis ordered. So what is really going on? I see a lot of grandstanding of allegedly searching for survivors and finding a boy intact on the top of the pile. Honestly, where are the ones all beaten up from being buried in debris? Where is their story? I don't think anyone could survive that. It was like bomb took it down. Can you survive a twelve story free fall onto or in layers of concrete?
