If this is real estate that they own, how can someone come in and order them out? This isn't an apartment; it is their personal real estate that has an HOA called the condo board. Can an HOA just say that no one owns their homes and so they have to get out? I think the real estate attorney is wrong.

@Bronx_Yankee Why should people have to run for their lives when they worked to establish their homes? That landlord sounds 100% out of line to me.

@Bronx_Yankee They shouldn't have to scurry like rats on a sinking ship when the agreement was for the association to pay for the building maintenance. If some people wanted to sell out, 80% of them, then the other 20% wind up homeless? That doesn't sound like what a condo is supposed to be about. I would like to know how he harassed them out because apparently, he can't force them out.
