Jose Pepe Dias better do something before he is known as Pepe Lepew. This deal stinks. He said the trailer park owner was always nice to him, so he will have a chat with him. How about passing a law that this isn't allowed and is against the intended zoning use? Redevelopment needs to be approved by zoning. Nix the approval. If he won't, he doesn't care about the residents. Maybe he is getting kickback from the developer. How dare they tell these people that they are helping them to transition to brick and mortar housing as the excuse? Those homes are half a million dollars. This is what is affordable for these people. If they could afford brick and mortar, they would have. It is just more elitism to say they are helping them out of a bad situation by not allowing their humble homes to exist.
