Trailer parks, while mocked, seem to be stable safe communities in general. People have the pride of ownership of their own units. They are comfortable inside enough to feel like regular houses. I guess the government doesn't want that for the poor. They want them living in slum apartments being harassed by neighbors and predator landlords. When they can't even afford that, a tent on the sidewalk in LA is good enough.

It is even worse today. There are probably very few affordable trailer parks left. The receivership guy railroaded these people right out of their homes. He was very rude and disrespectful towards the residents. He called out to that woman, like hey you, leash your dog, here is another petty rule you broke. Then when she was sassy back, he said she didn't deserve to live there in her own community. How does he have the nerve to barge in and order people around with his rules? People have an elitist and indifferent mentality towards the poor like they have nothing in common and don't have to treat them as equals. He said, "You see how she spoke to me; we don't need people like her around here, who does she think she is?" Like you have to pass his screening to exist anywhere. Then the judge too just hustled right out with no concern or explanation for the poor like their co-op supervised by a lawyer couldn't be trusted to run the community. This is really scary for the future of America. Anyone can become poor. Then people have to face homeless on top of it. Now they can be arrested or declared insane for not having a home and locked up. This country is trying to exterminate the poor.

That lady is happy to be in a tent in a gym. This is ridiculous that this is all she is aspiring to. You have to do more than go to school and get married. You need to develop common sense and street smarts. You can't just go adrift like doing the right thing is a magic charm. I wonder how long she is going to love living there. It looks like she just moved in that minute.

He needed a good lawyer. You can't evict someone for building a shed. Just take down the shed. This is how landlords are running out the poor. He lost his mind over it. That shouldn't have happened with a little boy homeless also. Stay calm and present your evidence to the judge. You might win.

Impact Properties are outright swindlers. They tricked that man into buying a flood salvage trailer, and he ends up sleeping in a truck at 75 years old. That is criminal. They are running these people out of their homes for no good reason. Trailers are always considered blight because they are poor people's housing. They tore down one trailer park full of long-term residents with no problems to build another bank outlet. About 70 people were displaced, many of them elderly. The more low-income people are looked at as blight in need of improvements, the more will wind up homeless. That one manager called them hostages. These are war games against the poor.

Maybe they tell you that they chose to be there because they are embarrassed and ashamed. What person in their right mind would want to live in that garbage look pile of homeless people?

He was lying about a lot of things. Is there any trailer park who would pay to move a new tenant's home on their property when it costs 5 to 10 thousand and they don't even know the person? Don' the tenants pay their own water anyway? If not, why not just put water meters on each unit and let them pay for what they use?
