  1. Trailer parks, while mocked, seem to be stable safe communities in general. People have the pride of ownership of their own units. They are comfortable inside enough to feel like regular houses. I guess the government doesn't want that for the poor. They want them living in slum apartments being harassed by neighbors and predator landlords. When they can't even afford that, a tent on the sidewalk in LA is good enough.

  2. Impact Properties are outright swindlers. They tricked that man into buying a flood salvage trailer, and he ends up sleeping in a truck at 75 years old. That is criminal. They are running these people out of their homes for no good reason. Trailers are always considered blight because they are poor people's housing. They tore down one trailer park full of long-term residents with no problems to build another bank outlet. About 70 people were displaced, many of them elderly. The more low-income people are looked at as blight in need of improvements, the more will wind up homeless. That one manager called them hostages. These are war games against the poor.

  3. He was lying about a lot of things. Is there any trailer park who would pay to move a new tenant's home on their property when it costs 5 to 10 thousand and they don't even know the person? Don' the tenants pay their own water anyway? If not, why not just put water meters on each unit and let them pay for what they use?
