That is discriminating against the poor in his community if they don't allow them to purchase with SNAP. People with money don't shop in little convenience stores. He needs the community to shop there. If he hasn't been convicted of SNAP fraud, whatever he did is unrelated. It seems they want to punish as many people as possible for life. It is good that some people fight back to protect our rights even as they fight for their own.

The powers behind the scenes want the working class to be homeless and jobless and their families to grow up destitute on the streets. They want to wipe out the lower classes completely. If I were to argue this in court, I would prove how the family is not a nuisance but a help to the farm and community. I would make the town prove how they are a nuisance. If they can't prove that there is no case. If you focus only on taxes, they could say it isn't tax but a fine as a punishment. People live in trailers all the time.

I feel like there is more going on than mistaken identity. That sounds like a flimsy excuse. I think that he was targeted by the FBI for some reason, being a threat by being too honest, moral, engaging of a person, something like that, to fit into their slave society paradigm. They told him to take a plea and he said no. He stood for the truth and won. They don't like that and don't like people like that. That is not playing their game of who has the most power wins. Qualified immunity has to be justifiable or else it is flagrantly abusing human and constitutional rights. I thought it only extended to cops entrapping people or lying about what other witnesses said, I didn't know it covers aggravated assault and attempted murder.

They are going around tearing up the poorer looking homes and then saying it is blight they are removing. It is war on the poor. They treated this man like dirt and gave him the run around. Then they wonder why there are homeless on the street and no affordable housing. If you don't have an expensive looking house, they just demolish it like Israel in Gaza or West Bank. People should be in prison for that. Now the county probably has to pay for him to have another house so some politicians could satisfy their ego trips removing blight.

The name for this is gang stalking. It is a CIA program.

Pasco County is known for huge dangerous homeless encampments in the woods. How much of that is related to these people being forced out of their homes?

Wouldn't it be better to sue them for torture? The arrest was for the purpose of torture. That is unconstitutional also. I think these people being falsely arrested are Targeted Individuals who the cops are purposely mistreating. It is way bigger than stupid cops and indifferent politicians.
