  4. I never saw a truck runaway ramp, and I live in NJ which is full of trucks. He could have sped by it so fast that he couldn't turn in time without maybe flipping the truck over or even to see it in time to turn. On a steep downgrade, even in a small car and in 2nd gear, I need brakes to control the car. The momentum of a huge truck like that is hard to control with no brakes.

  8. How could that girl be violent and vicious? She was scared of going on the streets. If they are really scared of her, her big father against a little girl, then hire an attendant for her in the house. I think those parents are just too full of themselves to want to be bothered with her. She is suffering in a jail that is inherently dangerous especially to a pretty privileged white girl like that. All her parents say is did you brush your teeth, what is good about it, and dumb stuff like that. They are abandoning her emotionally, that is why she has emotional problems. Give her SNAP, SS disability, Rental Assistance, etc. and she will figure it out. This costs less than $44,000 also, more like $25,000. Let her try to live a normal life without gaslighting, disparaging parents or a dangerous environment.

  9. If you are too good a person with too much potential in life, you get put on a list and targeted for gang stalking. She reminds me a lot of Amanda Bynes. Why do they both have that same weird heart tattoo on their face? There is voice to skull technology that the CIA uses to make people hear voices, alter their moods, harass them, and terrorize them. It isn't schizophrenia, which they never even accused this girl of having, but it mimics the symptoms. I heard her talking to something, but it seems like she was trying to talk to her family when they asked her who she was talking to. I think your susceptibility to the V2k harassment impinges on your mood and confusion which can be triggered by your environment and the people there. It seemed like her father didn't want her to have any friends, throwing her out for bringing strange people home as he put it. Isolation is a huge stress that can bring on these symptoms.

  10. They want him in prison because he is attractive, young and naive so they can use him. They want to shut down the trucking industry because who in their right mind would want to drive a truck if they can be charged for an accident and as if they were a serial killer? I bet he wished he never left communist Cuba for this crazy system of no justice and abusive sentencing. He thought he was escaping tyranny to come to this. I think this is a human rights violation against cruel and unusual punishment, but no one seems to be looking. His civil rights and constitutional rights are being violated, and they are paper pushing around, well I never got the petition, or we will appeal on technicalities. What an evil corrupt system.

  11. Senior housing is a scam. They get tax breaks to build it. People move in and feel comfortable. Then the rents shoot up and there is no other place for them to go. That is elder abuse. If you can't trust senior housing to be an affordable place for seniors to stay, don't call it that. They think they can stay there the rest of their lives like they were in their own homes. Then they find out they are just a paycheck to the owner, and they can be bounced out as easy as changing a ledger. How does the owner define losing money? I want to see the books. Anyone can say they are losing money. A studio is already $1,100 per month. What are the expenses for that causing this guy to lose money? I am not buying it. The seniors who make it to old age are the ones who stay in their own houses until the end.

  12.  @robmoore644  I think that he shouldn't be driving trucks, but to say he committed homicides is stretching the truth. There was no intent at hurting anyone or willful negligence. He is maybe not too bright and panicked. The person who approved his CDL license should be checked, and the company went out of business. To put it all on his shoulders is creepy and wrong.
