  1. Are you saying he left the apartment you found for him and is squatting on the sidewalk again? This happens in the USA also. I think they are being impelled by electronic means, by the cell towers and satellites, to do strange things. His parents seem like narcissists and toxic cold people. They treat him as an object they want to put somewhere and control. No one loses their mind over being called fat at school where everyone is teased especially as an athlete. His parents made him feel inadequate and blamed him. This is why he is afraid of them. Maybe hook him up with the grandmother. If he is in a place, where he feels love and security, maybe he will calm down and stabilize. The medications don't help. If they helped, people would be glad to take them since a lot of these people will willingly drink and do drugs. The meds cause confusion, apathy, disorientation, and its permanent. They make you feel like you are dead, trapped, and want to die. That could be another reason these people feel a desperate need for freedom. I love that you did try to help, understand, and actually gave what you could. When you feel as bad as they do from the meds, cleaning yourself is very secondary in importance. Healthy food would help. Are there boarding homes there for mental patients? They have them in the USA and sometimes they feel comfortable and stabilize there but are often made to take the medications there too which make them feel worse.

  3. 100%. The parents like playing the martyrs anyway. They want the attention of having a sick child rather than one who can do more pull ups than the father. If he was even chubby, whose fault is it but theirs for feeding him too much?
