I think the stepfather grabbed the sausages and ran off to share it with his other girlfriend. The adults are all nuts. I think the stepfather looks deranged and dangerous. It probably isn't safe for that boy to be living there with the wacky mother who loves this abusive person and the father who allows it to go on in his house. The boy sounds weak and timid when he speaks like he is afraid to express himself. This will affect his schoolwork also. I think he is living in a very neglectful and unsafe home that his sister even ran away from. In the USA, that is known as child abuse and the child is taken away for that. They are basically living in a dump that is dirtier than a barn with filthy clothes and poop on the floor. I think that stepfather only wants the boy so that he can get the extra $3,000 rubles and otherwise has no use for him. That boy would be better off rid of these people.
