Don't they have a board of health or inspectors for apartments? How come they are allowed to live like that and keep the dog in there like that? They have a huge apartment with two doors. If it isn't kept up, it can infect the whole building with pests and disease. They look like they are dying in there. It might be demonic oppression. They might really need help, someone to come and clear it out and let them start over. That is really a life-threatening situation.
