This is despicable, and then to see clearly it says in English TNT and Mortar Shells on the debris, you know the billions of aid Biden is sending is part of this. That is probably dynamite for blowing up bridges and roads and then the mortars for destroying buildings. Those people there in their late fifties and early sixties seem like they have been through so much and won't give up.
