I think the guy was a TI, targeted individual. The more honest and upstanding you are without being aggressive, the more they like to try to harass you to death. No one there could care less about him except the older cop who looked like Mr. T. Bilotte was lying. The lady wasn't bleeding, her door wasn't kicked in, she didn't have scratches and gashes on her arm, she wasn't hiding in the garage, and he yanked the paraplegic out of his chair and then accused him of flopping on the ground. He didn't want to believe that he was really paralyzed or wait for a doctor to confirm it or check the driver's license to confirm it. They were setting this guy up. They play stupid, but this is beyond stupid. No one is this stupid. Mr. T said the man is going to make a big fuss about it. None of the other cops cared. They are all playing some kind of weird game where they can't let this father rest in peace in his awful condition, they have to give him more trouble. If it weren't for the news reporter, he would be in prison for all anyone knew or cared. Cops will railroad people like it is nothing just an easy arrest to make them look busy.
