  1. The only people safe have senior tax freeze or rent control, and for how long? It is like everyone is being pushed out of their homes into the street little by little while so much real estate is empty and abandoned. I see this town in NJ, there are built up stores underneath filthy rundown tenements, and the stores must be paying a lot for rent and upgrades for their portion of the building. These filthy apartments are still going for $1,000 each. A sane person would rather stay on the street than pay that much for a space that could be condemned as unsanitary and unfit for habitation.

  2. It is all a test. They start small to see how you react. The more you comply and not resist, the more they see to add on until they have you in a stranglehold and can kill you. Any rights you have, you have to keep openly and defiantly asserting no matter what, or they will have the leisure to pile more abuse on you.
