  1. They are destroying the auto industry period. Electric cars aren't viable in the long term. The electricity will wind up being too expensive when everyone is forced to use them. Cars symbolize freedom and independence. Humanity is being slowly enslaved. The same thing is going on with the commissions. People can get rich with commission jobs like real estate, car sales, etc. You get paid for how much work and effort you put into the job. With a salaried job, you just get what the boss gives you. Even if you are super loyal and hardworking, you can be let go on a whim of the corporation. There isn't as much direct pay off for the time and effort that you put in. A lot of people go into real estate to be buyer's agents. They work up a clientele through word of mouth from satisfied customers. Not everyone is super aggressive and phony and trying to get the listings. Some people are more interested in the service end. Now that is all disrupted.
