Miami is a beautiful city. It is much prettier than LA or cities in California. I like how this is a walking tour where you get a sense of the area plus you learn about real estate. I think if the market trend is toward only the wealthy acquiring property, that is how it will stay. I think Air B&B is making matters worse just like Uber and Lyft and then Door dash and Uber eats. They are taking away opportunities for low income people to rent rooms in private homes or cheap apartments in desirable areas or make money as cabbies or delivering food for restaurants. I wonder where the poor people indigenous to Miami are. There have to be a lot of them priced right out of their homes due to rising costs and rents. Where are they? Why don't you see them on the streets? It seems like the services for them are taken away now in Florida. Do they all go out west or just disappear?
