  1. USDA does not help people buy homes unless they are in a rental assistance program and already part of their local home ownership program that takes years to complete. They don't tell you that on the website, but if you speak to agents in PA or NJ, that is what they tell you. They are either mismanaging the program, or it is all a scam. You can't just show up and qualify and get the USDA loan. You have to be working with the housing authority in the county you want to move to and be accepted into one of their programs. Getting in is next to impossible now. First the waitlists are mostly closed with long wait times of years and then if you do get in and are on rental assistance, they still won't let you in the home ownership program at their random discretion. You don't have to worry about people getting financial assistance and that causing them financial ruin because they aren't getting the assistance anyway. It has been proven time and again that giving people a real boost up in the form of cash payments does lead to more people succeeding financially and moving off the streets. The problem is that so many people are competitive and jealous that they don't want to see the person next to them succeed when they can hold them down instead.

  4. People have no soul any longer. The parks and playgrounds are empty, beaches are empty and whole swimming areas are shut down. They don't care about relaxing and enjoying life because all the do is blame the next person for not working enough.
