  1. I know of a supermarket chain who bought a whole street of older single family and divided unit houses just so that they could expand their parking lot. That essentially erased a whole neighborhood with housing in 7 different units. Once the owners decide they have had enough and want to leave, the corporations will erase the housing from existence.

  2. People don't want to get to know other people and give them a chance. They would rather read everything on a piece of paper. You can't sum up a person on a piece of paper.

Yeah so then even if you get this eviction erased from your record, maybe there is still a record that it was filed or they are just black listing you anyway so that you don't need the eviction records. I think they are probably socially networking on secret websites the government knows nothing about and can do nothing about. Kind of like landlord freemasons. They will say don't rent to this person even though you have the cleanest best record, and they will go along with it because the one landlord is some powerful corporation and they want to be in the club with them.
