These are they people they can count. There are probably at least three times as many that they can't count. A lot of people sleep in their cars or on a couch or pitch a tent and tell no one or let anyone see it. The housing is too expensive and too inaccessible. If you look at these people and assume that they are on drugs, do you think anyone wants to hire them? They can't really get any work let alone housing even if they had money. You would be staggering around wild eyed too if you just spend the night on a sidewalk in a dangerous city not knowing if you would make it to tomorrow. Drugs, laziness, bad decisions, there is always a way to blame them instead of help them. None of the illegals are accused of this and they get everything these people dream of handed to them no questions asked. It is just American greed and prejudice against its own people. It is the spirit of competition rather than cooperation. A lot of these people could be successful if they had a safe base of operations. The fishy thing is that while the population of them there is growing, the population of them in many places on the east coast is dwindling to nothing. Are they being sent there and if so, why? The homeless on the east coast are very scared. I saw a man two days in a row sleeping in a gazebo and he didn't dare to come back after that. He didn't look homeless, but he had a backpack and looked very wary. I think something is being done to these people.
