Just ask for basic liability minimums with no frills. It shouldn't be that much.

All states need janitors. That is the problem. You can't have ghettos of rich and poor. Even PA has high home prices now even in Appalachia. I don't see anything under $100,000. A decent house is probably double that.

You aren't a loser. You have it made. You have a comfortable life you can deal with. A rent stabilized apartment and a friendly roommate are hard to find.

A 72-month car loan is good if you get a lower interest rate than on a shorter loan. You can pay it off early, but Valley National Bank wouldn't refund the interest saved like if you paid off a house early. You have to pay the full borrowed amount no matter what. You just get the peace of mind that you finally own the car and don't need full insurance on it. Insurance seems to be creeping up and up. Maybe people are crashing more and the companies need to pay out more, or maybe they are just greedy with all other costs going up. Citibank is taking a turn for the worse. I heard they are mainly owned by Saudi Arabia. Maybe they are spiting the USA over politics. They raised their minimum interest up a lot and won't lower it even if you call in. It is over 20%. Maybe they are slowly trying to put the bank out of business. I know a lot of interest is a variable rate based on the prime rate, but it is still too high. You wind up paying around $30 a month on a small loan of around $1300. It is financial Survivor Island. People are eating each other alive. That is why at the low end of the used car market, people can't buy the cars. The people who buy these cars are the ones who can barely afford rent or insurance anymore. The rich will still have their luxury items. It is the businesses who cater to the lower classes who are disappearing. Even cheap restaurants are hard to find. You can barely get a lunch without spending around $20.

I agree. I don't get bored with this channel like I do with the other financial channels. John Williams got me annoyed with blaming the poor for being evicted. He is being very landlord right to get rich focused. I like the advice for ordinary people trying to survive.
