Citibank sends a lot of paper offers for balance transfers and card upgrades. I don't see why they are making an issue of just giving a paper statement. It isn't to save paper. I think they are cutting back on customer service in general. The lowest interest rate is now over 20%. even with very good credit. They won't lower it even if you call in and ask. I am scared to do business with them. They seem like they are getting ready to fold. Would they sell out to another bank? I think majority of shareholders are Saudis, and maybe they want to get away from the US banking system.
