I don't think it is that these people are Asians. I hope not. I think it is just that people are cowards, and people in NY are out for themselves and have a not wanting to get involved mentality. There are probably many who would have helped, but then again, there are those who don't as a rule. I will say that the man was huge, very violent, and relatively well dressed. Maybe they were intimidated by all that. He might go off on them next. It was almost like watching a pit bull on the loose. You sort of don't know what to do, or if the dog is still in the area and will come after you.
